Essential Functions of the Job: Engage in telephone contact with consumers Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client and company specifications Complete and accurate account documentation Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies/procedures Adherence to work schedule
Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Collection experience preferred but not required
Skills: Comprehensive and working knowledge of collections is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed Computer basics, math skills and ability to use a calculator required
Pay Range $16.00 - $25.00 per hour with monthly bonus pay potential
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-8pm Flexible weekly schedule
