Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking experienced RN Unit Coordinators (RN UC) for full-time day and evening shifts. This role supports clinical operations, staff coordination, and high-quality resident care on the unit.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations on the unit
Support nursing staff and ensure quality, compliant care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
Assist with staffing flow, documentation, and resident needs
Qualifications:
RN license
Prior SNF/LTC or charge experience preferred
Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
