Part Time| 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Every Other WeekendGarden Gate Health Care Facility – Cheektowaga, NYThe McGuire Group | Salary $70,720 - $79,040 Plus $7,500 Sign-on-Bonus
Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking a confident RN House Supervisor to provide evening clinical leadership and support to nursing staff. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in decision-making, team support, and ensuring high-quality resident care during off-hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and staff support during evening shifts
Serve as the on-site clinical leader for nursing operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care delivery
Respond to clinical issues, staffing needs, and emergencies
Qualifications:
RN license
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
