We are hiring a Program Management Coordinator in BlueCare at BCBST!
The Program Management Coordinator supports BlueCare Tennessee’s member experience and compliance strategy, with a strong focus on CAHPS performance, cross‑channel member communications, and TennCare and NCQA requirements. This role serves as the connective tissue between Quality, Communications, Digital, and Population Health teams—ensuring messaging is consistent, compliant, and strategically aligned across mail, web, social, and campaigns.This isan ideal role for someone who enjoys program coordination, translating insights into action, and managing complex, regulated work that directly impacts member satisfaction and contractual performance. This role is focused onprogram‑ and deliverable‑based work (not call‑based); manages multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
Success in this role requires strong skills with member experience or CAHPS work, strong writing and synthesis skills, comfort coordinating across teams, and healthcare or regulated-environment experience. In addition, it is vital for this individual to learn TennCare and NCQA requirements, along with navigating approval workflows, balancing competing deadlines, and translating member insights into action.

Job Responsibilities
- Tracks progress according to program schedules and develops solutions to problems, provides reporting to management.
- Assists in the preparations of proposals, plans and specifications of projects or programs.
- Develops the project scope documents, project timetables and other related documents.
- Coordinates and monitors the scheduling and status of programs.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 3 years - Relevant work experience required
Skills\Certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Effective and concise presentation skills
