Corporate Retail Operations Pricing Specialist (TN, Chattanooga)TN, Chattanooga

The Corporate Retail Operations Pricing Specialist provides operational, reporting, and systems support to Corporate and Division Retail Operations teams. This role is primarily responsible for data entry, field support, and customer service support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tracking data, managing master files, and supporting the operating platform for new or updated product and account information.

This position reports to the Corporate Retail Operations Support Manager and requires strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Add and maintain new product information across internal systems

  • Update implement pricing, ensuring compliance with contract terms

  • Respond to field requests, including product extensions, user login assistance, gift card issuances, and other account specific requests

  • Support ongoing updates to master files and operating platforms

  • Assist customers with account issues, balance inquiries and refunds

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively manage, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; strong multitasking skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality

  • Proven ability to assess issues, negotiate solutions, and resolve problems efficiently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel (lookups, IF statements, data parsing and concatenation, pivot tables, charts, and graphs), Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher

  • Strong data manipulation skills with the ability to present findings in a clear, organized, and effective manner
