    Position Snapshot

  • Schedule:Approximately3.5 hours per day, typically starting around9:00 a.m.

  • Work Environment:Indoors (cafeteria) and outdoors (playground)

  • Pay: $15.00 per hour

You'll help ensure that lunch and recess are safe, orderly, and enjoyable, giving students the structure and support they need to recharge and return to learning ready to succeed.     What You'll Do

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise students in thecafeteria and on the playground

  • Help manage lunch routines (releasing students, distributing utensils, assisting with cleanup)

  • Monitor student behavior andenforce school rulesrespectfully and consistently

  • Address minor behavior issues and refer more serious concerns to administration

  • Watch for and respond tostudent safety concerns

  • Work collaboratively with other supervisors to create a positive, welcoming environment

    What We're Looking For

  • Someone who isreliable, attentive, and caring

  • Comfortable working with elementary-aged students

  • Able to remain calm, observant, and proactive in busy settings

  • Willing to workindoors and outdoors, in all types of weather

  • Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per day)

    Working Conditions:

    This role involves:

  • Standing, walking, pending, and light lifting

  • Indoor cafeteria supervision and outdoor playground supervision

  • Active engagement with students throughout the shift
