Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our existing Titan Talent
as a Full Time Security Monitor at Glenwood High School for the 2026-2027 School Year!
JOB GOAL:To provide a safe and secure learning and working environment for all students, faculty, staff and visitors. Provide information and assistance to the public, staff and students.
Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

WHAT DO SECURITY MONITORS DO?
Provide assistance, information, and direction to students and visitors on the campus
Monitors hallways and entrances
Assists School Safety Officers/Assistant Principal when needed
Provides written reports of incidents that occur on campus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass fingerprint criminal background check.
Must be agile and mobile
Must have visual ability to observe students over a large area
Must be able to walk throughout an 8 hour day, including climbing stairs
