Job Title: Operator I, Pultrusion
Job Description
The Operator I, Pultrusion is responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce pultruded products according to specifications. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards. The Operator I will also troubleshoot issues during production and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Additional duties include keeping the glass racks full, performing basic pultrusion machine operations, inspecting finished products, and setting up saws to cut products to desired sizes.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment to produce pultruded products.
Set up machines and monitor the production process.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Keep glass racks full and perform basic machine operations.
Inspect finished products and set up saws for cutting.
Essential Skills
General production knowledge.
Experience as a Machine Operator.
Ability to lift 50 pounds several times a shift.
Skill in reading a tape measure down to a 1/16.
At least 6 months of verified work history in the same job.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in lifting, packaging, assembly, picking, and packing.
General labor experience.
Ability to work in a team and cross-train in different areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
