Senior Technician, Production – Flowcell Assembler
Role Overview
As a Senior Technician, Production (Flowcell Assembler) , you will be a key contributor in building high‑performance diagnostic instruments that support patient care around the world. You’ll take ownership of complex assembly and module‑level testing for DxH systems in a regulated manufacturing environment, spending much of your day performing precision work under a microscope.
This role begins with hands‑on production and training in Miami, FL , followed by a transition to Chaska, MN , where you will help transfer knowledge and support the launch of the DxH line.
What You’ll Do
Perform complex mechanical assembly and module‑level testing using SOPs, engineering drawings, and digital work instructions.
Complete work orders with accuracy and urgency to maintain production flow and meet delivery commitments.
Uphold high quality standards in a regulated environment (FDA/ISO).
Troubleshoot assembly and test issues, escalating or partnering with Engineering and Quality as needed.
Maintain all required training records, documentation, and production traceability.
Participate in daily management routines, communicating priorities, progress, and issues.
Support a safe, organized, and efficient production floor.
Train and mentor new associates, especially during the hiring ramp in early 2027 as operations transition to Chaska, MN.
Essential Skills
5+ years of hands‑on experience as a manufacturing or production technician.
Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, diagnostics, FDA, ISO) preferred.
Strong discipline in following SOPs and controlled processes.
Independent troubleshooting skills and a production mindset focused on quality and on‑time delivery .
Professional, collaborative communication on a manufacturing floor.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with final test , instrument verification, or validation.
Background in continuous improvement environments.
Ability to mentor and support less‑experienced technicians.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows OS.
Comfortable using digital work instructions and electronic records.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
