Job Title: Experienced Technician Production - Final Integration

Job Description

The Experienced Technician Production (DxH Final Integrator) plays a critical role in building and delivering high-quality diagnostic instruments that directly support patient care worldwide. This position focuses on complex assembly, final integration, and module-level testing of DxH systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role initially supports production and training activities in Miami, FL, and later transitions to support the manufacturing line in Chaska, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex assembly and module-level testing following SOPs, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

  • Execute work orders accurately and on time to maintain production flow and due-date conformance.

  • Maintain high quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Troubleshoot assembly and test issues, escalating as needed or partnering with Engineering and Quality to resolve.

  • Maintain required training records and production documentation.

  • Participate in daily management activities, including communication of priorities, progress, and issues.

  • Support a safe, organized, and efficient production floor.

  • Assist with training and onboarding of fellow associates, particularly during the hiring ramp planned for January 2027.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production technician experience.

  • Experience in a regulated environment preferred (FDA, ISO, medical devices, diagnostics).

  • Strong SOP discipline in a regulated environment.

  • Independent troubleshooting capability.

  • Production mindset focused on quality and on-time delivery.

  • Collaborative professional behavior on a manufacturing floor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with final test execution and instrument verification or validation.

  • Experience in continuous improvement environments.

  • Ability to mentor or support less-experienced technicians.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% until September for training.

Work Environment

The work environment is a regulated manufacturing setting that is clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit. The position consists of a combination of standing at a workstation (80%), walking (15%), and sitting (5%). Each individual will have their own workstation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
