Job Title: Experienced Technician Production - Final Integration
Job Description
The Experienced Technician Production (DxH Final Integrator) plays a critical role in building and delivering high-quality diagnostic instruments that directly support patient care worldwide. This position focuses on complex assembly, final integration, and module-level testing of DxH systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role initially supports production and training activities in Miami, FL, and later transitions to support the manufacturing line in Chaska, MN.
Responsibilities
Perform complex assembly and module-level testing following SOPs, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Execute work orders accurately and on time to maintain production flow and due-date conformance.
Maintain high quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot assembly and test issues, escalating as needed or partnering with Engineering and Quality to resolve.
Maintain required training records and production documentation.
Participate in daily management activities, including communication of priorities, progress, and issues.
Support a safe, organized, and efficient production floor.
Assist with training and onboarding of fellow associates, particularly during the hiring ramp planned for January 2027.
Essential Skills
5+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production technician experience.
Experience in a regulated environment preferred (FDA, ISO, medical devices, diagnostics).
Strong SOP discipline in a regulated environment.
Independent troubleshooting capability.
Production mindset focused on quality and on-time delivery.
Collaborative professional behavior on a manufacturing floor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with final test execution and instrument verification or validation.
Experience in continuous improvement environments.
Ability to mentor or support less-experienced technicians.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% until September for training.

Work Environment
The work environment is a regulated manufacturing setting that is clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit. The position consists of a combination of standing at a workstation (80%), walking (15%), and sitting (5%). Each individual will have their own workstation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
