Job Title: Senior Engineer, Product Development Engineering Job Description: Position Summary: Product Development Engineer - Liquid Packaging Systems We areseekinga talented and driven Product Development Engineer to join our Liquid Packaging Product Engineering team. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of ourNOWPak andFluoroPure liquid packaging systems-critical technologies used to store, transport, and dispense high-purity chemicals and photoresists in semiconductor manufacturing. As a key contributor, you will lead the development of new products and drive enhancements to existing systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and purity. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and release polymeric containers and accessories that meet UN DOT requirements for hazardous material transport. Leadproduct enhancements and derivative designs to improve performance and manufacturing efficiency. Createfunctional prototypes and collaborate cross-functionally to conduct design verification, validation, and qualification testing. Developand execute experimental test plans to evaluatecomponentperformance and reliability in fluid storage and delivery systems. Partnerwith simulation teams to perform FEA, CFD, andmoldflowanalyses for design optimization. Driveinnovation to enhance technical capabilities across Product Development and Manufacturing teams. Supporttechnical leaders in a stage-gate development process, ensuringtimelyand quality execution of assigned tasks. UtilizeGantt charts and other project management tools to plan, track, and report progress on engineering projects. Conductroot cause investigations to resolve design, manufacturing, or performance issues. Communicateeffectively across functionsregardingdesign specifications, drawing interpretation, and compliance with part standards. Qualifications and Preferred Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineeringor related field. 4-6years of hands-on product design and development experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software. Understanding ofUN DOT regulations for hazardous material packaging. Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding processes. Familiarity with polymeric materials used in mechanical and fluid applications. Proven success in launching new products into manufacturing andmarket. Project & Process Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with Gantt charts, timelines, and milestone tracking. Skilledin conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Experience with fluid handling systems and high-volume manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred). Experience with Design FMEA and Process FMEA (preferred). Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to report technical information professionally and concisely. Strong teamorientation with a collaborative mindset. Quick learner with adaptability to new tasks and processes. Skilled in ideation, abstract design, and computer modeling. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a standard office and lab environment. May require occasional lifting of prototypes or test equipment (up to25lbs). Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools. Visual acuity for detailed design work and inspection. Occasionaldomestic and internationaltravel to manufacturing sites or suppliers may berequired.
