Kelly Services Production Technician in Chaska, Minnesota

Our food ingredients manufacturing client in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable Production Technicians who want stable, hands-on work and a place to build a long term career.
In this role, you will help create food ingredient blends used across multiple industries. It’s not assembly line work; you’ll be learning food production processes and taking pride in producing something that truly matters.
1st Shift: 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $19/hr+ (depending on experience)
You will:
Blend and package products according to specifications
Operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches
Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability
Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe
Use stand-up forklifts (training provided)
Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part
People who succeed in this role:
Have previous GMP production experience in the food industry
Previous experience with mixing or working with extrusion machines helpful
Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently
Want a stable job with a steady schedule
Stick with employers long-term and bring a dependable work history
Don’t mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.)
Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with
Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean
