Aerotek Mechanical Assemblers - Direct Placement in Chaska, Minnesota
? Production Associate — DIRECT HIRE | $22–$23/hr ?
1st & 2nd Shift Options | Clean, Climate‑Controlled Facility
1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (Mon–Fri)
2nd Shift: 2:30pm–1:00am (Mon–Thu)
Join a growing manufacturing team where you’ll build high‑quality radiators and copper coil assemblies in a clean, updated, temperature‑controlled environment . This is a direct‑hire role with long‑term stability and a clear path into skilled trades like welding, CNC, and fabrication.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Assemble radiators and copper coil units using blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools
Cut, measure, and prep copper piping using hand tools and tape measures
Use drills to fasten brackets and complete daily assembly tasks
Meet production timelines and collaborate with your team to hit daily goals
Report equipment or production issues to your lead/supervisor
Participate in 5S, cleaning, and workplace organization
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
?️ What You Bring
6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read blueprints
Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures
Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma/GED
Required PPE: steel‑toes, safety glasses, hearing protection

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
