Aerotek Mechanical Assemblers - 1st/2nd Shift in Chaska, Minnesota

These Production Assembler roles put you at the center of building high‑quality radiators and copper‑coil systems used in major piping applications. If you enjoy working with tools, following clear instructions, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they build, this is a strong match.
? Available Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $22/hr
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–1:00 AM — $23/hr

? What You’ll Do
Assemble radiators and copper‑coil systems from blueprints
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
Perform mechanical assembly with accuracy and consistency
Follow detailed instructions to build reliable, high‑quality products
Work in a team‑oriented environment focused on safety and quality
? What You Bring
6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong measuring skills (tape measure proficiency required)
Comfortable using a variety of tools
Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of PPE requirements (steel‑toe boots, eye/ear protection)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
