Theinjectionmolding department producesa variety ofhigh-qualityplasticcomponentsfromresin pelletsthatareutilizedbyboth internal and external customers.In this role youwillperform a variety of tasksincludingmonitoring andinspectingpressesas well as performing second operations such as clipping, gating, or sortingby following Standard Operating Procedures and high-quality standards. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Usesdifferent fixtures to verify that the dimensions ofthemolded partsarein accordance withquality and work order requirements. Performs differentoperationson molded products using a variety of cutting tools and techniques and by closely following standard operating procedures. Safely removes molded parts from the machine conveyor belt or robotic armbyusingappropriate protectivegear and handling tools. Placesmolded parts in designated cooling area to allow for controlled cooling processes. Carefully handles molded materials to the oven for baking process. Packages finished ordersin accordance withspecifications, ensuring proper protection and handling. UsesSAP and other electronic systems to find,recordand generate documentation throughout theproductionprocess. Records all output and production data in ERP systems andmaintainscompliance with all online training and documentation requirements. Ensures product is consistent with established specifications through Camline software byutilizingdifferent measuring tools, such as calipers and drop/height indicators. Escalates quality issues to supervisor or toqualitydepartment as appropriate.Ensuresthe highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality policy,ISOand/or other standards. Works with setup technician in the Injection molding department to troubleshoot issues with molding machinesand implement any adjustmentsasneeded. Collaboratewith materials handler to ensure inventory replenishment of raw materialsfor moldingmachine. Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughlyand intimely(i.e.Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels,ComponentSheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.).Maintainsaccurateattribute/variable charts of rejected materials. Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, costeffectivenessandproduct/system quality.Promotes and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value activities.Participateactively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s, Kaizen events, etc. Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety procedures.Communicates potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor. Completes miscellaneoustasksassigned in support ofthe largerorganization and production goals. Understand documentation (ASP, DWG,etc) to ensurethe production of quality parts. UtilizeStopWork Authority (SWA) for both Safety and Quality as needed. Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, etc.): Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship. At least one (1) year ofpreviousexperience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Basic computer and data entry skills. Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite software is preferred. Greatattentionto detail and commitment tomaintaininghigh-quality standards. Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance. Understand documented processes and procedures. Work Environment/Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for 50% of the duration of the shift. Must be able tolift upto 40 pounds. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)is required tobeworn at all timeswhile on duty. This includes safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests.
