Mains’l Services is looking for an experienced Direct Support Professional to step into a lead role. As Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will empower people in their homes and communities while helping guide your team’s success. If you are compassionate, reliable, and ready to make an impact, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
As a Lead DSP you will work alongside direct support processionals and the house manager to support daily operations. In this role, you’ll help train, coach, and mentor team members while ensuring the home runs smoothly and the people we support receive high-quality, consistent care.
Pay & Schedule
$18.50 an hour
Full-Time
Schedule- Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, Every other Weekend 8:30am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
You May:
Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
Accurately document care and daily activities
Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping
Support budgeting house cash
Coordinate medical appointments, medication ordering/pick up
Assist with monthly paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
At least 1 year of experience as a DSP or similar role
18 years or older
A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
Ability to pass a background check through DHS
