CNC Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift | Flexible Hours | $24–$27/hr

We are expanding our team and hiring CNC Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift with flexible scheduling options . Whether you’re a recent tech‑school graduate or have hands‑on machine experience, this is a place where you can build a career.
⭐ Compensation
$24–$27 per hour , based on experience

⭐ What You’ll Do
Operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines
Learn setups, tooling, and production processes
Work with advanced equipment including multi‑axis machining centers
Receive hands‑on training from experienced machinists
Support production of precision components across a wide range of materials
⭐ Who We’re Looking For
Recent technical school graduates OR
1+ year of CNC operating or machine operation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $43.00/hr.
