Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions supporting marketing and enterprise data activation initiatives. This role requires 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Cloud Architect, with experience delivering Salesforce Data Cloud implementations across multiple organizations throughout the full lifecycle.
The Data Cloud Architect will design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and activation across Salesforce clouds such as Marketing Cloud and Journeys. This role will leverage Data Cloud connections to Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and SDK sources, working closely with platform owners to understand source data and map it accurately to Data Cloud objects. This position partners closely with the Development and Marketing Cloud team to ensure enterprise data is ingested, harmonized, and activated to support marketing and personalization use cases. The architect will also provide technical leadership by defining best practices, assigning and reviewing development work, and helping resolve DevOps and deployment challenges. The pay for this role ranges from $52-$54/hour, based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Cloud Architect supporting the end-to-end Salesforce solution lifecycle: data ingestion from multiple internal and external sources, data transformation and modeling within Salesforce Data Cloud, and data activation into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
-Experience leveraging Data Cloud connections to Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and SDK sources, working closely with platform owners to understand source data and map it accurately to Data Cloud objects
-Strong communication and leadership skills, providing technical direction by defining best practices, guiding architectural decisions, and assigning, reviewing, and approving deployment work
-Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving DevOps and deployment challenges related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, including environment management and release coordination -Data Cloud Consultant Certification
-Experience working with Snowflake as a data source
