This leader will supervise a team of trainers and instructional designers responsible for developing and delivering technical HR systems training across the organization. Your work ensures our team members are confident, capable, and proficient in the tools that support our workforce — ultimately enabling safe, reliable, and remarkable care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Type: Hybrid (In office Tuesday–Thursday)

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Training Team
Supervise the day-to-day work of trainers and instructional designers
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development
Ensure high-quality facilitation and instructional design standards
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Oversee HR Systems Training Strategy & Delivery
Your team will design and deliver education for key HR platforms, including:
iCIMS
ServiceNow
Infor
Payfactors
ILearn (internal learning platform)
You will:
Ensure technical training is accurate, relevant, and user-focused
Partner with HR and operational stakeholders to assess learning needs
Support system updates with timely and effective education
Measure and improve training effectiveness
Champion Learning Excellence
This role requires mastery across all three levels of the training profession:
Training Coordination – understanding logistics, scheduling, systems, and operational flow
Facilitation & Platform Skills – engaging delivery, classroom and virtual presence
Instructional Design – building effective, adult-learning-centered curriculum
We are seeking a leader who has progressed through all three levels and can mentor others in each.
Progressive experience in Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)
Experience designing and developing technical training programs
Experience facilitating training (in-person and virtual)
Experience supervising instructors, facilitators, or instructional designers
Background in HR systems or enterprise system training preferred
What We're Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus, preferred. Experience can be substituted for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, training, or talent management role, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, required.
Licensure/Certification:
Talent Development Certifications (ATD, preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), preferred.
Additional Skills (required):
Proven experience in using adult learning principles to develop and manage effective training programs.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, and LMS platforms.
Ability to supervise trainers and instructional designers.
Additional Skills (preferred):
Data analysis and reporting on training effectiveness.
Familiarity with Cornerstone Learning Experience and Talent Marketplace.
Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Coaching and mentoring capabilities.
