Key Responsibilities:

• As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Your role will focus on significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Drive the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software quality and delivery speed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions.

• Analyze testing metrics and feedback to refine automation strategies and improve effectiveness.

• Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to automation tools and methodologies.

• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of new testing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience

• Test Automation Engineer

• Hands on experience with Selenium

• Able to work 3 days per week on client site

• Associate's degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
