Work Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (7:00am - 7:00pm)
- Week 2: Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (7:00am - 7:00pm)
What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and adolescents in our crisis stabilization unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals and families during behavioral health crises
- Monitoring and documenting behaviors, vital signs, and safety indicators
- Assisting with daily routines and therapeutic activities
- Collaborating with clinical staff to implement person-centered care plans
- Responding to crisis situations with calm and effective interventions
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
- 1+ year of experienceworking with children/adolescents with mental health or substance use challenges preferred
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to teamwork
