Structural Engineer – Make an Impact Through Innovative Design
We’re seeking a skilled and forward‑thinking Structural Engineer to join our team and help bring complex, high‑profile building projects to life. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary group of Engineers, Architects, and Designers to deliver exceptional structural solutions across a variety of project types.
You’ll contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle—from analysis and design to coordination and execution—while working in an environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and continuous professional growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support the structural analysis and design of large-scale building projects
Develop innovative, efficient structural solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project progress and timely completion.
Utilize tools such as Revit and other modeling software to produce high-quality drawings and structural models.
Contribute to project management tasks, documentation, and technical reporting.
Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience in structural design, ideally with multifamily, hospitality, and/or parking structures.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license—or the ability to obtain one within a year.
Strong command of structural engineering fundamentals, building materials, and design codes.
Proficiency in Revit, structural modeling, and general design software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and present ideas clearly.
A proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for high‑quality design.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
