Honeywell Sr Finance Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insightful financial guidance to drive business decisions.
You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an work Hybrid schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial planning and analysis efforts that support Honeywell's strategic goals, ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key variances and business performance metrics

YOU MUST HAVE
3 years plus of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills to support data-driven decision making.
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards relevant to corporate finance.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3 years plus of experience in finance or related roles supporting business units.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
