ManpowerGroup Site Reliability Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the COO Technology organization supporting critical business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide application and platform support for mission-critical systems supporting various business areas.
Lead troubleshooting and investigation efforts across complex application environments.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure operational stability.
Participate in BCP exercises, monitoring, triage, and coordination of incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and system reliability.
What's Needed?
At least 2+ years of experience with Autosys and Oracle.
Minimum 1+ years supporting applications on Kubernetes, OpenShift, or GCP.
Strong understanding of observability tools such as AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Aternity.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with a focus on operational excellence.
