Honeywell Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition and management strategies that align with our corporate objectives. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our organizational growth and success.

You will report directly to our Director of Talent Management and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell by ensuring that we have the right talent in place to meet our strategic goals. Your efforts will contribute to building a high-performance culture and fostering an inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

  • Utilize data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3 plus years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive recruitment decisions.

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in talent management or recruitment.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change.

  • Experience in implementing innovative talent acquisition solutions.
