Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who has a strong foundation in public accounting or tax and is looking for a long‑term growth path. This position will be hands‑on and involved in journal entries, month‑end close, and tax‑related accounting work, while gaining exposure to leadership responsibilities and cross‑functional finance initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related fields

• 2+ years of experience in: Public accounting OR Tax-focused accounting role

• Strong understanding of: Journal entries, General ledger accounting, Month‑end close processes, and Tax experience

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel - CPA or CPA‑track (preferred)

• Healthcare industry experience

• Experience with Power BI or advanced financial reporting tools

• Experience with account reconciliation
