ManpowerGroup Senior Project Manager (CLT) in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (CLT) to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager (CLT), you will be part of the Project Management department supporting contact center modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Project Manager (CLT)
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site 3 days a week)
What's the Job?
Lead end-to-end delivery of wave-based migrations within a high-profile contact center modernization program.
Collaborate with business leaders and contact center teams to ensure successful migration and user adoption.
Influence executive stakeholders to prioritize and support migration efforts effectively.
Manage a team of 16 project managers, ensuring alignment and shared learning across project phases.
Drive change management strategies and oversee technology integrations impacting contact center operations.
What's Needed?
7+ years of project management experience, including managing complex initiatives in financial services or related industries.
Proven ability to manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience with cloud platform migrations, especially involving contact center applications and customer service tools.
Strong understanding of contact center operations, IVR systems, and agent scheduling tools.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
