Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Ops Risk Senior Analyst who can lead end to end RCSA execution, facilitate stakeholder work sessions and walkthroughs, and critically review workflows and methodology with an adaptable, solutions oriented mindset. The ideal candidate brings strong operational risk and effective challenge experience, has been formally trained on RCSA, may have helped build a program, and is comfortable thinking beyond legacy approaches rather than replicating prior institutions’ procedures.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of RCSA experience
•Experience conducting work sessions with stakeholders to confirm process-to-risk alignment
•Experience working with RCSA execution cycles
•Experience working in review of workflows proposed for the RCSA module
•Experience leading stakeholder walkthroughs of draft methodology documents
•The ability to adapt quickly to their environment as it relates to the risk world
•Outside of the box thinker/problem solver
•Bachelor's Degree Experience with Bwise
