About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead complex initiatives within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) data ecosystem. This role is suited for a product professional who can operate comfortably at the intersection of product, technology, and data , contributing to large‑scale digital transformation efforts in a highly regulated environment.
This is not a purely business‑focused product role. The work requires meaningful collaboration with engineering, data, and security teams to deliver technically sound, scalable solutions.
Ideal candidates bring digital product management experience alongside a solid technical foundation in big data and data lake platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large‑scale modernization efforts, partner closely with technical teams, and deliver products that matter at significant scale.
In This Role, You Will
Lead or participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment
Contribute to large‑scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
Review and analyze complex work across content strategy, customer experience, analytics/research, and product management , requiring in‑depth evaluation of multiple variables
Independently resolve complex issues and make sound decisions
Lead teams to meet project deliverables while applying a strong understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid‑level managers to resolve issues and achieve shared goals
At times, lead projects, teams, or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital product management experience , or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Technical background or hands‑on experience with data platforms , including big data environments
Experience supporting or leading data lake or data warehouse migrations
Familiarity with IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, systems, and identity data
Experience integrating and rationalizing data from multiple source systems at scale
Understanding of how product management intersects with engineering, security, and data architecture
Demonstrated ability to operate as a technical product partner — comfortable discussing data architecture, platform tradeoffs, and delivery implications (no coding required)
Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to evaluate data and solution designs , identify data‑related risks and controls, and accelerate automation to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
Comfort operating in complex, enterprise‑scale, regulated environments
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
