Overview
Bespoke is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Account Coordinator, Event Operations & Warehouse Management to be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations while serving as a key onsite and field operations leader for our experiential marketing programs.
This full-time role is a hybrid position combining warehouse and asset management, event logistics, and onsite execution leadership. This role will be responsible for coordinating inventory, preparing event assets, handling logistics and vendors, overseeing brand ambassador staffing onsite, and acting as an onsite manager at events and activations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and brand excellence across all programs.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics and/or event execution, ideally within a sports or agency setting and is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both behind the scenes in the warehouse and front-facing at live events.
Responsibilities
Warehouse & Asset Management
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Bespoke warehouse, including organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Receive, inspect, track, and store incoming materials, equipment, and event assets
Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking across programs
Prepare, stage, pack, and ship materials for events, tours, and client activations
Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks and manage asset flow in and out of the warehouse
Perform basic maintenance, repairs, assembly, and troubleshooting of event equipment and assets
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and property maintenance standards
Event Operations & Onsite Management
Serve as an onsite operations manager for select events and activations, acting as a primary point of contact for execution
Support event setup, breakdown, and overall onsite logistics coordination
Manage venue load-in/load-out requirements and venue-specific guidelines
Coordinate onsite vendor execution, including production partners, transportation, and local crews
Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth and professional event execution
Logistics & Transportation
Coordinate event logistics including trucking, shipping, DOT requirements, and freight timelines
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure assets arrive on time and in proper condition
Track shipping schedules, deliveries, and returns for all events
Brand Ambassador & Staffing Support
Assist with brand ambassador staffing logistics, including onsite supervision and operational support
Serve as a point of contact for brand ambassadors during events, ensuring staffing coverage and professionalism
Support training, onsite check-in, and performance expectations as needed
Budgeting & Operational Support
Assist with tracking operational budgets related to warehouse, logistics, staffing, and event execution
Monitor expenses and flag potential overages or efficiencies
Support internal reporting and post-event recaps related to operations and asset usage
General Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, secure, and efficient work environment at all times
Travel as needed to support onsite event execution
Collaborate closely with account, production, and operations teams
Cooperatively take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in event operations, warehouse management, experiential marketing, or related fields
Experience managing inventory, assets, and logistics for live events or touring programs
Hands-on experience with tools, equipment assembly/disassembly, and basic repairs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, as required by event schedules
Willingness to travel for events as needed
Additional information
This position is a Full-Time role. Salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law . The salary will be just one component of the total compensation package for employees which will include a range of medical, dental, vision, paid time off, bonus potential, and/or other benefits. Compensation decisions depend on the circumstances of each role.
This position will be in person, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, split between our Headquarters Office and Warehouse.

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $60,040 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
