CTG Senior Agile Technical Project Manager (ServiceNow IRM / GRC) in Charlotte, North Carolina
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Agile Technical Project Manager (ServiceNow IRM / GRC) position for our premier client.

Duration: 10 months
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong Agile delivery expertise and secondary knowledge of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) . This role requires prior experience leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within Financial Institutions.
The ideal candidate will manage and drive delivery for two Agile teams , ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance objectives while maintaining strong technical and reporting oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead and manage two Agile Scrum teams delivering technical and compliance-focused solutions.
Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews).
Manage backlog prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
Ensure timely delivery aligned with business and regulatory timelines.
Develop and present team-level reports (velocity, burndown, risks, impediments, KPIs).
Technical Project Management
Provide technical oversight for application and platform initiatives.
Coordinate across architecture, engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with enterprise SDLC and governance standards.
Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively.
ServiceNow IRM (Secondary Skill)
Demonstrate working familiarity with ServiceNow IRM modules , including:
Risk Management
Policy & Compliance Management
Audit Management
Issue Management
Support integration of IRM capabilities into enterprise GRC workflows.
Collaborate with platform teams to ensure scalable and compliant implementation.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (Financial Institutions)
Lead delivery of regulatory and compliance-related initiatives.
Ensure solutions meet internal audit and external regulatory standards.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Control functions.
Support regulatory reporting and remediation tracking.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
5+ years leading Agile technical teams (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
Proven experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) programs within Financial Institutions.
Experience managing cross-functional technical dependencies.
Strong reporting, metrics tracking, and executive communication skills.
SME-level understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery governance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) platform capabilities.
SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PMP certifications.
Experience working with enterprise risk or regulatory remediation programs.
Experience in large-scale banking or financial services environments.
