Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC 28273
Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52/hour
Job Summary
The Project Manager will manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size in the assigned functional area. This role partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, including planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish performance goals.
Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track progress.
Identify, track, and resolve project issues.
Monitor and communicate project status to the project team and stakeholders.
Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
Manage project risks and use quality tools to identify areas of concern.
Document team learnings and share insights across teams.
Maintain project notes, databases, and records.
Identify and assign resources to project tasks; coach team members through project stages.
Provide developmental feedback to team members.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Smartsheets.
Experience mitigating risk, tracking invoices, coordinating meetings, and aligning project tasks.
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or field-based projects.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
