Responsibilities:
Champion AI and digital technologies to strengthen operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Map, analyze, and improve business processes while identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
Support data collection and structuring efforts to enable future AI/ML, digital twin, and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or operational excellence within manufacturing, service, or engineering environments.
Knowledge of process analysis tools (Visio, Draw.io) and data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI); experience with low‑code platforms like Mendix is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a process‑improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma).
Must be local to the Charlotte area and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer‑sponsored visa support.

Pay Details: $34.48 per hour
