Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Monitoring Tools Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Monitoring Tools Engineer, you will be an integral part of the APS Telemetry team supporting the bank's monitoring infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $57.63
What's the Job?
Support and enhance bank-wide monitoring efforts by ensuring proper installation and configuration of monitoring tools.
Configure thresholds and dashboards to optimize operational visibility and performance.
Collaborate with application support and development teams to recommend and implement monitoring capabilities aligned with business needs.
Lead the rollout of Dynatrace as the strategic monitoring platform, replacing existing solutions like AppDynamics.
Conduct demos, training sessions, and prepare materials to promote adoption of monitoring tools across teams.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in supporting Dynatrace Managed, including deployment and instrumentation.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, SiteScope, Microfocus BPM, or Catchpoint.
Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) infrastructure services, scripting, and automation.
Strong programming skills in Java and/or .NET.
Understanding of N-Tier architecture supporting web servers, middleware, and databases.
