Principal IT Architect /After Market Services Digital IT Organization
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Principal IT Architect to join our Corporate Digital IT organization. This role will focus on leveraging technologies such as SFDC (Field Services) and Service Max (Enterprise Asset Management) to enable digital solutions aimed at growing our After Market Services business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, and a successful track record of delivering results within a highly matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable IT architecture solutions using SFDC and Service Max to enhance our After Market Services offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute digital strategies that drive service business growth.
Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for new technologies and methodologies that can improve service delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Mentor and support junior architects and IT staff, promoting best practices in architecture and design.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8 years Proven experience as an IT Architect, with a focus on SFDC or Service Max technologies.
Strong understanding of architecture principles and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, with a track record of successful project delivery.
