Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data analytics sector, is seeking a Application Programmer III to join their team. As a Application Programmer III, you will be part of the Data Engineering and AI Support team supporting innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the engineering design and implementation of enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI platforms, including reusable technology enablers that improve development efficiency and enable advanced, AI-driven customer insights.

  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions—from architecture through implementation and production support—supporting analytics, machine learning pipelines, and agentic workflows based on initiative scale and complexity.

  • Apply deep expertise in big data and real-time processing technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Spark Streaming, and NoSQL data stores such as Redis, to support analytics, AI inference, and event-driven decisioning.

  • Engineer data pipelines and feature stores that reliably power machine learning models, real-time scoring, and autonomous agent execution across batch and streaming environments.

  • Define and implement data and AI engineering best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and performant across large and diverse data sets.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms, with demonstrated business impact.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with distributed data processing and streaming architectures (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Spark Streaming).

  • Experience supporting machine learning and AI workloads, such as feature engineering, model input pipelines, real-time inference, or AI-driven decision systems.

  • Familiarity with agentic or autonomous processing patterns (e.g., event-driven workflows, rules-plus-AI decisioning, or multi-step orchestration) is highly desirable.

  • Experience with NoSQL and low-latency data stores (e.g., Redis) supporting real-time analytics, AI inference, and operational intelligence use cases.
