ManpowerGroup Package Machine Operator Level in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a leading organization in the snack manufacturing industry, is seeking a Package Machine Operator Level to join their team. As a Package Machine Operator Level, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Package Machine Operator Level
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $18.45- $18.95 per hour
Shift: 12HR Shifts 5:45-6:15
What's the Job?
Read production schedules and plan accordingly to meet production goals.
Operate snack packaging machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring codes, dates, and prices.
Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials and ensure all materials are available for each machine.
Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance and minimize waste.
Monitor and check product weights and appearance, ensuring quality standards are met and reworking good product when necessary.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines diligently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
