Position Overview

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mail Services & Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role provides support for Interoffice Mail operations and the eSO (Electronic Shipping Option) product. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with multiple systems, and a background in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide support to Interoffice Mail and the eSO (Electronic Shipping Option) product by handling internal customer inquiries via toll free number and department e-mail to include receipt and delivery inquiries, mailing inquiries or concerns, eSO general system and navigational inquiries and general requests for information.* Perform research to re-direct incoming mail that cannot be sorted out for distribution based on insufficient information (incomplete or invalid mail address code)* Image, log and redirect complaints and negotiable items adhering to risk controls* Produce reports and perform root cause analysis of issues
Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to adapt and adjust to change

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Experience in researching customer inquiries

  • Solid PC skills to include mainframe applications, Outlook, Excel, Word

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and wearing company issued uniform shirt

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
