Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Office Manager:
Provide professional coverage for front desk area, and all clerical needs for staff
Maintain office equipment, needs and supplies
Answer phones and taking orders during times someone from sales is not in house or otherwise engaged
Daily, receive and review all orders coordinating review of all orders with the Sale Manager
Process all orders upon review
Prepare daily shipping pick ticket for Ground and LTL shipments
Create daily invoices for orders being shipped
Prepare shipping labels daily as well as item i.d. labels as required
Arrange for pick ups for shipments and create bills of lading tickets for outbound trucks
Process all billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Process payroll through ECCA payroll service and enter the data in Quickbooks
Pick up paychecks from ECCA when ready
Open and sort mail
Prepare bank deposits and take to bank for deposit
Follow up on delinquent accounts to include direct contact via email and phone
File maintenance including paid and unpaid invoices, personnel records, equipment and auto maintenance and repair
Update items list and pricing as required
Reconcile and maintain petty cash
Maintain daily running inventory recording incoming and shipped items and month end/starting inventory
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Proficient use of QuickBooks
Proficient data entry skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Resume required for interviews
Background check required
