Office Administrator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role involves handling phone calls, data entry, and general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization

  • Respond to emails and provide basic customer support

  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable and punctual

Work Environment

  • Professional office setting

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
