Drive adoption of Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles for network provisioning, configuration, and compliance.
CI/CD & Automation Platforms
Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network automation using tools such as GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Implement automated testing, validation, and deployment workflows for network changes (linting, pre‑checks, topology validation, config diffs).
Enforce version control, branching strategies, and peer review processes for all automation code.
Integrate automation pipelines with enterprise systems such as ITSM, IPAM, and source‑of‑truth platforms where applicable.
Standards, Quality & Governance
Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Develop automated configuration compliance checks and remediation workflows.
Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including design standards, runbooks, and automation usage guides.
Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical approval for significant network or automation changes.
Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a technical mentor and leader for network and automation engineers.
Partner with operations teams to transition manual workflows into reliable, automated solutions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with security, cloud, DevOps, and manufacturing/OT teams to deliver end‑to‑end automation.
Act as an escalation point for complex automation or network‑related issues.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in network engineering within large enterprise or service provider environments.
5+ years of hands‑on network automation experience, including large‑scale deployments.
Enterprise experience is required. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Experience in manufacturing or OT network environments.
Familiarity with testing frameworks, linting tools, and automation validation pipelines.
