Wells Fargo .NET Senior Software Engineer in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a .NET Senior Software Engineer to join our Regulation O team within COO Technology. Regulation O governs any extension of credit by a member bank to an executive officer, director, or principal shareholder of that bank. This position is responsible for full-stack .NET software engineering in support of our credit monitoring application. This position will be working specifically with the Legal Insider and Director Independence functions used by Wells Fargo’s Office of the Corporate Secretary to support regulatory reporting for the NYSE.
Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure; provides information security; and enables Wells Fargo global customers to have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week banking access through in-branch, online, ATMs, and other channels.
In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4 years of hands-on experience in .NET CORE development using C# and service-oriented architecture
4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development including complex SQL queries, stored procedures
Desired Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in automated unit and functional code testing with Selenium and xUnit
Hands-on experience in deployment to a cloud environment (Azure/AWS/PCF/OpenShift)
Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle or comparable tool stack to manage CICD
Experience with SSIS, Autosys
Knowledge of OpenShift Cloud Platform, Harness
Knowledge of Microservices
Knowledge and understanding of test-driven development
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with one or more Observability/Monitoring tools: Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Dynatrace
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
