The Managing Director partners with third‑party logistics providers, material handling companies, brokers, and staff augmentation firms, jointly developing commercial terms and scopes of work with Sourcing. This role is accountable for optimizing Duke Energy’s $3–4B in annual material flow and managing a departmental budget of $40M+ and total spend exceeding $70M.
