Monarch NCis seeking acompassionate and skilled LPNto join ourChild Crisis TeaminCharlotte, NC. We provide trauma-informed, high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders.
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our Child Crisis Team, you will:
- Provide direct and indirect care under RN supervision for children and adolescents in crisis
- Conduct clinical intakes and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care
- Support injection clinic and outpatient services
- Triage individuals presenting with urgent medical or psychiatric needs
- Help stabilize and support youth and families during critical moments
Who Were Looking For
To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold acurrent North Carolina LPN license
- Have aHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- Possessat least 1 year of experienceworking with children or adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Experience inpsychiatric, behavioral health, or crisis settingsis highly valued.
