Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to support operations on our 223 day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) and 223 night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) . This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and performance of our industrial bakery equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience in FDA‑regulated or food manufacturing environments , with a strong preference for those with a solid electrical troubleshooting skillset .
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair bakery and processing equipment, including:
Mixing systems
Conveyor systems
Ovens and heating elements
Extruders
Packaging equipment
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and downtime
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and safely
Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to restore production operations
Ensure all work complies with FDA regulations, food safety standards, and company safety policies
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance in an industrial setting
Working knowledge of conveyor systems, electrical components, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Experience working in FDA‑regulated environments or similar compliance‑driven industries
Strong attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing or food‑grade equipment
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair expertise
Experience supporting high‑speed production or packaging equipment

Work Environment
This position is located within an industrial bakery setting. The facility is not climate‑controlled but generally comfortable . Flour dust may be present on floors due to normal production processes or equipment issues. All operations strictly follow FDA and food safety regulations , with safety as a top priority.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
