Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Charlotte, NC 28206
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed)
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
Position Overview
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is currently seeking Machine Operators to support production and manufacturing operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to specifications
Load and unload materials into machines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
Accurately track and record production data
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Must be available to work full 2nd shift schedule (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
