The individual will be part of a team of professionals aligned locally across the end-to-end service management organization. They will also work closely with their peers to ensure adherence to Service Management Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
This individual must work well with an on demand rapid-paced environment in addition to senior incident, change, problem management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including the Cybersecurity Senior Leadership team.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Service Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience and track record working on large scale, operationally intense operational transformation initiatives across a wide range of functions, including operations and technology
Prior experience designing and operationalizing ITIL methodologies and reporting analytics with special attention to detail
ServiceNow detail knowledge, ITIL, ServiceDesk principles
Experience building dashboards in tools like Sharepoint or PowerBI
Strong understanding of agile and product management
Strong understanding of ServiceNow
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Develops an independent point of view and can lead through problem solving
A BS/BA degree or higher preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, & Teams, and other productivity. applications)
