Adecco US, Inc. Laboratory Technician -Validation (2nd shift) in Charlotte, North Carolina

Lab Technician – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

As a Lab Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the high performance and reliability of washers and dryers. Your work will involve testing, documenting results, and contributing to improvements in product quality.

You’ll manage laundry loads, monitor units closely, and document any failures with precision. Analyzing data to evaluate overall performance is a key part of your role.

Working alongside senior technicians and technical experts, you’ll follow guidance, share observations, and proactively support process improvements. Strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Validation Test Plans according to internal and international standards.

  • Conduct long-term reliability and software functional testing to support product development and improvements.

  • Set up and prepare tests, including equipment, samples, materials, and work areas.

  • Complete assigned technical tasks under supervision.

  • Follow established procedures to support daily lab operations.

  • Perform general lab maintenance during your shift.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with 1 year of lab experience, or an associate degree in a technical field (no experience required).

  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment, data acquisition, testing procedures, and data analysis.

  • Practical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to remain active on your feet throughout the shift and lift light loads.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
