ManpowerGroup Jr Electronics Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina

Our client, an Electronics Manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join their team.

As an Electronic Assembler , you will be part of the Manufacturing/Production Department supporting the Assembly Team . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , technical aptitude , and a willingness to learn , which will align successfully in the organization.

Onsite – Local Manufacturing Facility

Pay Range:

$18.50 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Assemble small electronic and electro-mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications

  • Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components

  • Identify parts that need replacement and notify appropriate personnel for ordering

  • Use hand tools, tweezers, and precision equipment to complete detailed assembly work

  • Accurately document time and production using eCharge timekeeping system

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1 to 1½ years of experience in small electronic assembly or related technical role

  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge

  • Ability to work with very small parts and perform detailed, repetitive tasks

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within electronics or mechanical assembly
