Novant Health Integration Project Manager II in Charlotte, North Carolina

What We Offer

The Integration PM II leads cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of projects, with a focus on ensuring Day 1 operational readiness. This role collaborates closely with leaders from clinical operations, external vendors, IT, HR, revenue cycle, compliance, and facilities to ensure seamless transitions for patients, providers and team members. The Integration Project Manager II will also have ownership of directing, facilitating, and managing the change control process which includes scope change, budget change, schedule change, and overall performance of project.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.

  • Experience: Minimum three years project management experience in a complex business or healthcare environment, required. Three years experience leading cross-functional projects with operational, clinical, and technical components, required.

  • Licensure/Certification: PMP or related project management certification, preferred.

  • Additional Skills (required):

  • Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong focus on operational execution and Day 1 readiness, ensuring systems, workflows, and resources are prepared to support patients and staff at go-live.

  • Proven ability to coordinate, manage, and achieve project success through time management, follow through and tracking as appropriate.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in project management, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and disruptive business changes.

  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle processes, IT system deployment, and clinical workflows.

  • Action oriented, willing to do what is needed in order to move projects forward in an organized manner with consistent execution.

  • Act as a catalyst to resolve project issues and conflicts encountered by team members.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Microsoft project, SharePoint, including, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Visio, and Access, a plus.

  • Relationship management skills that include listening and consultative abilities, and the ability to influence and drive accountability.

  • Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
